To obtain the subject composition useful for treatment for hypertension or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome by increasing the rate of cleavage or formation of biomolecular specific amide linkages and the like in vivo.
This medicinal composition is obtained by including an effective amount of antigen capable of inducing an antibody which can increase the rate of cleavage or formation of biomolecular amide linkages, peptide linkages, esteric linkages or glycoside linkages in vivo and the rate of cleavage or formation of biomolecular linkages in animals as an active ingredient. This composition includes the effective amount of antigen consisting of biomolecular analogues as an active ingredient by which biological functions in animals are preferably activated or inactivated and the formation or the cleavage of biomolecular linkages results in the activation or inactivation of the biological functions. The biomolecular linkages are included in the accessible position or the surface where undergoes the cleavage or the formation.
