Abstract:
To provide a medicinal composition for relieving the spasm of muscle, for example, temporomandibular arthrosis, lower back pain, fascial pain, the pains relating to spasm and dystonia, and sport injury and tension headache relating to the contracture of arthritis.
The medicinal composition includes botulinum toxins in an amount of 0.01 to 500 units. The botulinum toxins can be selected from type A, type B, type C, type D, type E, type F and type G and is administered by intramuscular injection. The tension headache is caused by the spasm of throat muscle.
