Abstract:
To obtain a medicinal composition having excellent apolipoprotein B (ApoB) antisecretory action and serum lipid lowering action and useful for preventing and treating hyperlipemia.
This medicinal composition comprises a benzoylaminoisoindoline derivative represented by formula [I] (wherein the ring A is a 5 or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted; the ring B is a benzene ring which may be substituted; Q is CO or CH2; R is a lower alkyl group which may be substituted, a carbamoyl group which may be substituted, a heterocyclic group which may be substituted or an aryl group, or the like, which may be substituted) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
