A topical distribution system is covered by rapamycin or other suitable medicines, and a substance or a compound. It is distributed through a lumen for the treatment and prevention of neointimal hyperplasia after percutaneous and percutaneous luminal coronary angioplasty. The topical distribution of this medicine or substance increases these operational effects and reduces the toxicity of a general system.
