This medicine extruding auxiliary device comprises a device body comprising a cylindrical body having a space for containing a cylindrical container such as an injector or the like containing medicine of a high viscosity such as calcium phosphate cement comprising calcium phosphate powder and kneaded liquid comprising solution including polysaccharides kneaded with each other, and having a discharge port at a lower end, and a cylindrical space opened at an upper end surface, and a pressing body comprising a handle part for pressing a piston inserted into the cylindrical container, and a cylinder body provided to stand on a surface of the handle part on the piston pressing side to be engaged with the device body. By rotating the handle part of the medicine extruding auxiliary device for pushing the cylinder body into the cylindrical space, and inserting the piston into the cylindrical container by the handle part, the chemical contained in the cylindrical container is extruded.
