Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a drug containing dihydroliponic acid or its salt and having cell-protecting action, analgesic action and/or antiinflammatory action. CONSTITUTION: This drug contains dihydroliponic acid or its pharmaceutically permissible salt and optionally a pharmaceutically permissible antioxidant and/or complex builder. It may further contain pharmaceutical excipient, additive and/or additive. The compound suppresses acute inflammation and inflanmtatory pain and is useful for the treatment of e.g. blood vessel and vessel connective tissue disorder (e.g. arteriosclerosis). The daily dose of the compound is 0.1.-600 mg, especially 50-200mg.
