To provide a medicine packing machine, efficiently packing medicine even in the case of a prescription where the dose of medicine for the same patient differs with each pack.
This medicine packing machine 1 includes: a rotary table 2 configured to be rotatable, on which powder is placed; a packing means 18 for scraping out the powder placed on the rotary table 2 to be packed in a wrapping paper sheet; and a packing data extract means for extracting the packing data when input prescription data by every patient includes packing data having two or more kinds of doses per pack of powder prepared for the same patient, wherein at least one dose is different from a second dose. When the packing data extract means extracts the packing data, a dose ratio is obtained from two or more kinds of doses included in the extracted packing data, and the operations of the rotary table 2 and the packing means 18 are controlled based on the dose ratio.
