To provide a diagnostic imaging of X-ray examination using computed tomography, capable of high sensitively detecting liver metastasis of a pancreatic cancer patient, which metastasis is hardly detectable by conventional methods, and to provide a medicine exhibiting remarkable effect on pancreatic cancer specifically unfavorable in prognosis in cancers.
The liver metastasis of a pancreatic cancer patient, which metastasis is conventionally hardly detectable, is high sensitively detectable by administering AT-II (angiotensin-II) of a vasoconstrictor with a contrast medium before X-ray examination. And, by using the AT-II with a conventional anticancer agent, remarkable suppressing effect on pancreatic cancer is exerted in comparison with single use of the anticancer agent.
