Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium feeder or the like capable of appropriately rotating a roll body.SOLUTION: A medium feeder comprises: a roll body mounting section 41 being inserted into a core section being wound with a roll sheet in a roll state of a roll body and being mounted with the roll body; a roll body driving section rotating the roll body mounting section 41 so as to rotate the roll body in at least one of a delivery direction in which the roll sheet is delivered and a winding direction in which the roll sheet is wound; a feeding section feeding the roll sheet being unwound from the roll body; and a plate spring 100 provide on an outer peripheral surface of the roll body mounting section 41. A point contact section 122 pressing an inner peripheral surface of the core section in a state that the roll body is mounted to the roll body mounting section 41 is provided on the plate spring 100. The point contact section 122 is brought into a point contact with the inner peripheral surface of the core section.
