PURPOSE: To provide a space-saving medium issuing device although the device is equipped with a function for issuing media from plural sheets of rolled paper by using one means as a printing means, a cutting means, a conveying means, and a discharge opening in common.
CONSTITUTION: Plural sheets 2A and 2B of rolled paper are stored in the medium issuing device and payed out by rolled paper driving means 3A and 3B respectively, and they are printed by the common printing means 4, cut by the common cutting means 6 to a specific length, and conveyed by the common conveying means 6, so that the media are discharged from the common discharge opening. Further, the common printing means 4 prints information corresponding to one sheet of rolled paper on the rolled paper and prints information corresponding to the other sheet of rolled paper on the rolled paper. In this case, the common printing means 4 can print the pieces of information corresponding to the sheets of rolled paper by itself to issue plural kinds of medium. Consequently, the device saves the space while equipped with the function for issuing the media from the sheets of rolled paper.
