PURPOSE: To enhance the adhesiveness between a support and an electrophoretic medium layer for electrophoresis, by bonding a plastic support layer and a polyarylamide type aqueous gel electrophoretic medium layer by a specific metal oxide layer.
CONSTITUTION: A plastic sheet support layer, the non-conductive metal oxide layer vapor deposited on the support layer and a polyacrylamide type aqueous gel electrophoretic medium layer formed by the crosslinking polymerization of an acrylamide type compound and a crosslinking agent in the presence of water are successively bonded by specific metal oxide layers to form a three-layered structure. By this method, the three-layered structure is not separated even by various operations in the dyeing process of the electrophoretic medium layer.
