Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit transfer failure of a medium which results from changes of a rotation speed of a shaft, to which a driven roller is attached, in a medium transfer device where the driven roller is provided facing a driving roller.SOLUTION: A medium transfer device includes: a driving roller 6 which is rotationally driven; and a driven roller 7 which is provided facing the driving roller 6. The driven roller 7 is attached to a shaft 11 and may rotate relative to the shaft 11 in conjunction with rotary driving of the driving roller 6. The medium transfer device includes a support part 12 which supports the shaft 11. The shaft 11 is not able to rotate relative to the support part 12.
