This melamine-aggregating hormone antagonist contains a compound represented by the formula [Ar1 is a cyclic group which may have one or more substituents; X and Y are each identically or differently a 1 to 6C spacer for the main chain; Ar is a condensed polycyclic aromatic ring which may have one or more substituents; R1 and R2 are each identically or differently H or a hydrocarbon group which may have one or more substituents, or R1 and R2 may form together with the adjacent nitrogen atom a nitrogen-containing heterogeneous ring which may have one or more substituents; R2 may form together with the adjacent nitrogen atom and Y a nitrogen-containing heterogeneous ring which may have one or more substituents; and R2 may further form a condensed ring together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, Y and Ar] or its salt.
