Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject spinneret capable of spinning melt below sheets having slight unevenness or shot with a long life by inclining a bottom part of common polymer bank against plural ejecting nozzles so as to lower to nozzle holes.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom part of a common polymer bank 1 against plural ejecting nozzles 2, 2... are inclined preferably by ≥15°, more preferably by ≥20° to a horizontal plane so s to lower to nozzle holes. By this constitution, uneven ejection or generation of clogging is eliminated and is effective even for an usual raw material, a modified raw material or a raw material having a low polymerization degree, etc.
