PURPOSE: To make possible the easy detection of the degree of abrasion of a melt- sprayed film layer for abrasion resistance visually by forming a film layer for detecting the degree of abrasion differing in color tone form said film layer on the inner side of said film layer.
CONSTITUTION: In the part where the impeller 2 of the body 1 of an exhaust fan used in a dust collector is mounted to a disc 4 by way of a mounting vane 3, an abrasion-resistant melt-sprayed film layer 5 consisting of, for exampe, 13-Cr steel, is formed on the surface of the joined part of the vane 3 and the disc 4 over a required range. Thence, a film layer for detecting degree of abrasion consisting of, for example, aluminum bronze, is formed by melt spraying on the surface of said film layer 5, and further, an abrasion resistant melt-sprayed film layer 5 of, for example, 13-Cr steel, is formed on the surface of said film layer 6. When the layers receive erosion abrasion effect, first the uppermost layer 5 wears and the film layer 6 of different color tones exposes, and the degree of abrasion is visually detected by the naked eyes easily.
