A transfer tube 24 and a throw-in tube 25 to feed metallic turning M to a container 22 are connected to the container 22 while they are communicated with each other. A transfer device 27 is provided on the left end of the transfer tube 24, and a drying chamber 28 is provided in the midway of the transfer tube 24. The trow-in tube 25 is provided with a pusher 29 for pressing in the turning M into molten metal. Further it is provided with a drying chamber 30 in its midway. A tube 33 for extracting vaporized gas is connected with the upper side of the thow-in tube 25, and it is provided with a cooling chamber 34 in its midway to cool an evaporated atmosphere and liqudify the oil content therein again.
