To immediately supply a molten road material on a road as much as the required quantity when it is required by charging the road material into a heating cylinder which has a rotatable screw in its interior, and by melting it while transferring it to the forefront side of the heating cylinder by the rotation of the screw.
Workers go to a purposed working site by automobile, and charge powdery road material 14 inside a heating cylinder 5 of a device which has been installed on the bed through a supply port 7. When a screw 6 is rotatingly driven, the powdery road material 14 is sent to the forefront side inside the heating cylinder 5 as the screw 6 is rotated while being melted, and the molten road material is discharged from the discharge port 8 of the heating cylinder 5. The discharge quantity at that time is regulated by the change of the rotating speed of the screw 6. Thus, the molten material can be immediately supplied on the road as much as the required quantity when it is required, and also since fire is not used, the equipment for safety precaution can be dispensed with, and the safety during the traveling on a road can be maintained.
