Title:
MELTING TANK OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3541055
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent clogging of a nozzle and defect in suction of a pump by inserting an inner tank to enable heat to conduct tightly and as insertible into/separatable from the inside of an outer tank buried with a heating means such as a heater and properly exchanging the inner tank.
CONSTITUTION: The inner tank 2 is tightly inserted in the inner periphery of the outer tank 1 buried with the heater 11, etc., via a heat conductive paste P. A radiator 3 requiring a large heat transmission area is closely attached on a bottom plate 21 of the inner tank 2. A carbonized product C is produced by heat degradation of a thermoplastic resin and it sticks to the inner wall of the inner tank 2 or the radiator 3, and when the quantity becomes large, the radiator 3 is pulled out from the inside of the inner tank 2 or a screw rod is inserted into a screw hole 23 on the bottom plate 21 of the inner tank 2 to turn a screw forth and, while a heat conductive paste P is peeled off, the inner tank 2 is moved upward and is pulled out from the inner periphery of the outer tank 1 and the inner tank 2 stuck with the carbide is exchanged with a new one and the radiator 3 is washed to be reused or is exchanged with a new one.
