Abstract:
To provide a member joining structure capable of improving a joint strength between joined members.
In the member joining structure 10, when joining a rocker 14 and a floor panel 18 respectively made of FRP, the neutral axis A1 of the rocker 14 coincides with the neutral axis A2 of the floor panel 18. Accordingly, even if the load F1 of an occupant vertically acts on the central portion of the floor panel 18, for example, bending moments M1, M2 acting on the ends of an adhesive 20 can be reduced. Since stress generated at the ends of the adhesive 20 can be reduced, it is possible to improve the joint strength between the rocker 14 and the floor panel 18.
