Abstract:
To provide a member management system, a member management method, a voting terminal, and a program that speedily provide member services to users.SOLUTION: A member management system includes: a voting terminal 203 including a request part which requests, when inputting an indication to purchase a betting ticket for a race from a user together with an indication for member registration, a center device to purchase the betting ticket according to betting information to be input, a transmission part which transmits, once the center device completes the purchase of the betting ticket, a member registration request including a betting identifier that the center device imparts to the betting ticket to a member management server, and a ticket issuing part which issues a member card including the member identifier replied from the member management server in response to the member registration request, and the betting ticket identified with the betting identifier; and the member management server which generates the member identifier based upon the betting identifier included in the member registration request, and manages points of the user with the member identifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
