Abstract:
To prevent or reduce stress corrosion cracks generated in corner parts 21 of a metal container member 1 which is formed by press-drawing a metal sheet material and can be roughly divided into a bottom wall 10 and a side wall 20 having the corner parts 21.
Deformation parts 22 for suppressing plastic flow of the metal sheet material to the corner parts 21 during the drawing are provided in the vicinity of the corner parts 21. The plastic flow of the material to the corner parts 21 of the formed side wall 20 in the forming can be controlled by realizing the container member of this shape, and as a result, the residual stress in the corner parts 21 after the forming is reduced.
