Abstract:

To reduce a weight of a rotating tool for rotating an attitude of a hoisted member.

When hoisting a PC column member 410 via a pair of wires 102A and 102B extending from a crane 100, the rotating tool 10 for rotating the attitude of the PC column member 410 used by being interposed in one wire 102A of the pair of wires 102A and 102B extending from the crane 100, has a means which is composed of a pair of hydraulic jacks 11A and 11B communicating with a chamber in a cylinder, is used by connecting the one wire 102A to the cylinder of the one hydraulic jack 11B and a piston 12B, and restrains a forward and backward movements of the piston 12B. The PC column member 410 is rotated by advancing the piston 12B in the state of hoisting the PC column member 410.
