To provide a membership parking lot managing method and system for reducing the labor of a user at entering/leaving the parking lot, and for making it unnecessary to provide any parking lot fee accepting mechanism or the like.

At first, a member's card in which identification information is stored is given to a member. A reservation center terminal 30 accepts the reservation of a parking lot in response to a request from a user terminal 10. A parking lot terminal 20 reads the member's card when the member enters the parking lot, and opens an entrance gate to let a vehicle park when the member enters the parking lot within the reserved time, and reads the member's card when the member leaves the parking lot, and transmits the parking time and the parking fee to the reservation center terminal. Furthermore, a financial institute terminal 40 executes account transfer from the member to a parking lot agent in response to a withdrawal request for the parking fee from the reservation center terminal. Thus, it is not necessary to input any character in entering/leaving, thereby simplifying the system configuration.
