To provide a film electrode structure in which separation of a detection target film can be efficiently confirmed.SOLUTION: The film electrode structure includes: a detection target film; a first electrode part in contact with the lower surface of the detection target film; and a second electrode part in contact with the upper surface of the detection target film, the second electrode part facing the first electrode part across the detection target film at least partially.
