To provide a membrane separation activated sludge treatment apparatus which enables efficient and sure sludge treatment by effectively increasing the amount of dissolved oxygen in the whole aeration tank or in low dissolved oxygen areas to make up for the shortage of dissolved oxygen in a single aeration tank.
A high-efficient dissolution mechanism, for example, a static mixer (6), with an oxygen dissolution efficiency higher than that of an air diffuser (15) for a membrane filtration unit (5) is installed in an area not disturbing the flow of a gas-liquid mixed swirl, outside of a rotating area of the gas-liquid mixed swirl rotating inside and outside the membrane filtration unit (5) in the aeration tank (4).
