PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memo pad case working as a dispenser as well, by which the taking out of memo papers is easy, and which does not deform the memo papers.
SOLUTION: This memo pad case has a box body being equipped with an internal space which corresponds with the shape of a memo pad, and on a lid body 4 which is integrally formed with the box body, or independently formed a slit-shaped opening 5 to take out memo papers, which has a width being at least larger than the width of the memo paper, is provided, and the peripheral edge part in the longitudinal direction of this opening 5, can impart a frictional resistance being larger than the bonding strength between a memo paper to be taken out from the box body and a memo paper to be left in the box body when a memo paper 10 is taken out from the box body, to the previously mentioned memo paper 10 to be taken out. Then, the internal space of the box body is constituted in such a manner that there may be an enough subsidiary space to assist the taking out motion by a movement of the memo pad in the box body when the memo paper 10 is taken out from the memo pad in which the memo paper 10 is housed.
