To confirm that mending is suitably finished.
Progressing to a step 8 for inputting work information is not permitted before it is detected that an operation test is passed (S5:YES) and a customer's handwritten signature for confirming the completion of mending is input (S6:YES). Accordingly, a service engineer is prevented from leaving the mending work halfway so that the mending work can be surely completed. In other words, only if the work information is input, it is confirmed that suitable mending work is conducted.
