PURPOSE: To provide a menu order data processor which is easily handled and can quickly and accurately perform-the equal split payment account processing for many order menus.

CONSTITUTION: A menu input means 10A can input the seat numbers as well as the table numbers, and an order file 330F can store each order menu together with its seat number for the order data on each table number. Furtehrmore a seat number designation/input means 64N is provided together with the sort control means 61 and 62, and the seat-based equal split payment account processing control means 61 and 62. Then a menu is inputted by the means 10A together with the table and seat numbers. At the same time, a seat number is designated by the means 64N together with a table number when the bill is paid. Thus it is possible to quickly and accurately perform the equal split payment account processing for each seat without selecting individually the menus.
