To provide a merchandise-packaging box which is useful in that merchandise can be held in a fixed state in the space inside the box simply and firmly without using shock-absorbing material even in the case where articles differing in size are packaged together in the box, such as a set combining shampoo and soap.

This packaging box has a box body 1 with an open space in which articles of merchandise, such as shampoo 9 and soap, can be deposited and withdrawn freely therefrom, flaps 3A, 3B, 3C each of which is bendable and provided at an edge of the opening of the box body 1, and a lid 2 by which the opening of the box body 1 is closed. In this instance at least each of the flaps 3A, 3B, 3C by being bent into the box body 1 forms a merchandise-fixing part which presses against the merchandise or against an internal case holding the merchandise.
