Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an analyzing test piece for detecting protein in biospecimen by incorporating absorptive carrier impregnated with phenolsulfonphthalane protein error indicator and merocyanine protein error indicator.
CONSTITUTION: An analyzing test piece contains absorptive carrier impregnated with phenolsulfonphthalane protein error indicator and merocyanine protein error indicator. The phenolsulfonphthalane protein error indicator is compound represented by a formula I. In the formula, X is iodine, bromine or chlorine atom, Y is nitro group, nitroso group, Z is iodine, bromine or chlorine atom. The merocyanine protein error indicator is compound represented by a formula II. In the formula, m is integer of 1 to 6, Q is bromine, iodine or chlorine atom, T is -SO3- or hydrogen atom and R is sulfur, selenium or oxygen atom or C(CnH2n+1)2 group (where n is integer of 1 to 6. The test piece is used to detect the protein in biospecimen.
