PURPOSE: To obtain a message skip control system capable of high speed processing with less overhead by providing a level addition circuit, a storage section and a message retrieval output circuit to a node, retrieving a message in the order of higher priority independently of the order of message reception time and giving the resulting output.

CONSTITUTION: A level addition circuit 20 adds a level representing the priority in response to the importance of a message received by a nodes 10-20. Then the received message is stored in a file with a relevant level in a file 30 prepared for each level. A message retrieval.output device 50 starts the retrieval in the order of the file 30 with higher level through the notice of the message reception from the level addition circuit 20 and reads out the message from the file when the file storing the message is detected and outputs the message onto a printer or the like. The said operation is repeated for each reception of message.
