PURPOSE: To output information as the voice from a voice output device by storing the voice information in a telephone card and using a public telephone set capable of using a telephone card.

CONSTITUTION: A telephone card input means 2 detects the loading of a telephone card 7, reads out digital voice information 101 in a voice information storage area 71 and sends the information to a telephone card readout means 3. The means 4 converts the information 102 sent from the means 3 into an analog voice signal 103, which is sent to a voice output means 5. The means 5 amplifies the information 103 sent from the means 4 and sends it to a voice output device 6 as an analog voice signal 104. The output device 6 outputs the signal 104 sent from the means 5 as voice. Thus, the message transmission delivery system outputted in voice is obtained.
