Abstract:

To recover usable metal aluminum among dross including metal aluminum and impurities generated when metal aluminum is melted in an aluminum melting furnace and is fed to a ladle.

By applying vibration to a dross box 3 charged with dross, since metal aluminum having high specific gravity is easy to move to the lower part of a dross box 3, and impurities having light specific gravity is easy to move to the upper part thereof, by applying pressure to a pressure device 4 and a pressure weight 5 from the upper part, only the metal aluminum lying at the upper part can be drawn.
