PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separator for an electrolyzer which allows omission of a high-cost carbon coating.SOLUTION: A steel/titanium bimetallic plate 1 incorporating a titanium plate placed on the anode side of a PEM electrolysis cell 5 and a steel plate placed on the cathode side can be used as a cell separator for an electrolyzer which allows omission of a high-cost carbon coating.
