CONSTITUTION: A film is formed on the surface of a metallic substrate from a high purity inorg. coating liq. chiefly contg. dispersed high purity ceramic powder to obtain the objective metal contamination preventing film. Metal contamination preventing function can be easily and inexpensively imparted to the surface of an apparatus related to the production or handling of structural or functional ceramic powder or the production of a sintered compact and this metal contamination preventing film is applicable to each of various crushers, pulverizers, classifiers, powder conveying facilities, hoppers, sieves, mixers, etc.
