A pressure difference is generated between the tanks 2a and 2b, and the molten solder 1 is moved from the tank 2a side to the tank 2b side through a molten solder chamber 4. Air bubbles 25 move to the tank 2b and are removed in the tank 2b. As a result, there is no need for discharging the molten solder 1 from a solder discharge device 101 in removing the air bubbles 25, and the molten solder material is effectively utilized.
