Title:
METAL DISCHARGE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004034138
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently remove air bubbles in molten metal and to effectively utilize material.

An exhaust valve 24a is closed and an exhaust valve 24b is opened. Inert gas is introduced from an inert gas introducing pipe 11a into a tank 2a. The pressure in the tank 2a is made higher than the pressure in a tank 2b and the liquid level of molten solder 1 in the tank 2a is lowered. A pressure difference is generated between the tanks 2a and 2b, and the molten solder 1 is moved from the tank 2a side to the tank 2b side through a molten solder chamber 4. Air bubbles 25 move to the tank 2b and are removed in the tank 2b. As a result, there is no need for discharging the molten solder 1 from a solder discharge device 101 in removing the air bubbles 25, and the molten solder material is effectively utilized.
