Abstract:
A melting evaporation device of metals is provided, which increases production efficiency and quickly performs melting and evaporation with a stable speed. The melting evaporation device of metals features that it includes a retention tank 4; a main longitudinal barrel section 8, which is connected to an upper part of the retention tank 4; a metal melting pipe 12, having one part inserted into the interior of the main longitudinal barrel section 8; a metal-guiding pipe 16, which is connected slopingly with the midway of the metal melting pipe 12; a reception member 14, which is arranged so as to surround the bottom opening section of the metal melting pipe 12, and forms the bottom of the metal melting pipe 12; an induction heating device 24, which is mounted on an outer peripheral face of the main longitudinal barrel section 8, and performs temperature adjustment; and an exhaust pipe 20, which is connected to a shoulder sidewall of the retention tank 4.
