Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal melting device capable of suppressing the temperature drop of molten metal discharged from a nozzle of a crucible.SOLUTION: A metal melting device 10 composed of a crucible 1 equipped with a nozzle 1a on a bottom, and a coil 2 arranged around the crucible 1, melts metal in the crucible 1 to generate molten metal by induction heat when applying on the coil 2, and discharges the molten metal from the nozzle 1a. Around the nozzle 1a, a porous heat insulation material 3 heating by the induction heat is arranged.
