Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide thin film capable of adsorbing selectively a kind of desired metal ions quickly and efficiently.
SOLUTION: The material of the thin film is characterized by comprising metal oxide gel having a ligand whose spatial arrangement is fixed so that specific metal ion can be coordinated, and having the carbon content of 15-55 wt.% and the density of 0.6-2.6 g/cm3.
