Title:
METAL PARTICULATE INK PASTE AND ORGANIC ACID TREATED METAL PARTICULATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008198595
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a metal particulate ink paste in which, by using metal particulates having a larger particle diameter than that of a metal nano-particle that is easy for handling, and even by calcination at low temperature of 180C or lower and for a short period of time of 10 minutes or less, an appropriate conductivity without a problem in practical use can be achieved, and organic acid treated metal particulates for that.

In the metal particulate ink paste containing the metal particulates and dispersion medium, after the ink paste is coated on a glass substrate that is surface-treated with epoxy-silane, the conductivity of a thin membrane with membrane thickness of 10 m formed by calcination at 180C for 10 minutes is 104 S/cm or more in this metal particulate ink paste. The organic acid treated metal particulates are formed through treatment on the metal particulates by organic acid of boiling point 200C or less under normal pressure and of ionization constant Ka 1.010-5 or more.
