Abstract:
To provide a metal plate coating paint that is for forming a film having low sliding resistance at dangerous areas of cracking during press-molding and having excellent press-moldability on areas where contact pressure is high and mold galling is envisaged to occur on a metal plate subjected to complicated molding that is difficult to press-mold.SOLUTION: A paint that contains an acrylic resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of 100°C or higher and a ratio of acid value to glass transition point, R=acid value (mg-KOH/g)/Tg (°C), of 1.50 or higher, and a polyolefin wax having a melting point of 100°C or more and 145°C or less and an average particle size of 3.0 μm or less, is coated on a metal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
