Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate which allows producing a vapor deposition mask in which variation in a through hole size is suppressed.SOLUTION: An average of a metal plate thickness in a longitudinal direction falls within ±3% of a predetermined value. When the average of the metal plate thickness in the longitudinal direction is defined as A and a value of a standard deviation of the metal plate thickness in the longitudinal direction multiplied by 3 is defined as B, (B/A)×100(%) is 5% or less. A value of the standard deviation of the metal plate thickness in a width direction multiplied by 3 is defined as C, and a value of the metal plate thickness at a center part in the width direction, which is obtained in measuring the metal plate thickness along the width direction to calculate the standard deviation of the metal plate thickness in the width direction is defined as X, (C/X)×100(%) is 3% or less.
