Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism in the case of feeding a metal plate to a metal plate working machine and also to shorten the time required for the process by omitting the process measuring the metal plate length.
SOLUTION: The coiled metal plate W from an uncoiled 51 is made to pass between the upper blade edge 61 and the lower blade edge 63 of a shearing device 65 and fed on the forward conveyer 41. The metal plate fed on the conveyer 41 is sheared into a desired length with the shearing device 65. The sheared metal plate is carried to feed to a forward metal plate working machine 1 with the conveyer 41. A locating pin 67, existing in the forward end side in the carrying direction of the conveyer 41 and appearing and disappearing freely to a pass lien PL, is projected from the pass lien PL. When the end part of the metal plate carried with the conveyer 41 abuts to the locating pin 67, the conveyer 41 is simultaneously stopped. The metal plate on the conveyer 41 is held with a carriage 47, transferred in the same direction as the carrying direction of the conveyer 41 and positioned, and worked into the metal plate with the metal plate working machine 1.
