Abstract:
To provide a metal-resin joint method that is advantageous for easily jointing a metal member and a composite material member.SOLUTION: A metal-resin joint method for jointing a metal member 10 and a composite material member 20 formed of fiber reinforced resin composite material, comprises: an application step of applying first adhesives 30a, 30b which are thermosetting adhesive to first regions 50a, 50b between the metal member 10 and the composite material member 20, and applying second adhesives 30c which are thermosetting adhesive to a second region 50c between the metal member 10 and the composite material member 20; a temporary bonding step of temporarily bonding the metal member 10 and the composite material member 20 by irradiating with laser light to first irradiation regions 46a, 46b of the metal member 10 facing the first regions 50a, 50b and by heating and curing the first adhesives 30a and 30b; and a main bonding step of bonding the metal member 10 and the composite material member 20 by curing the second adhesives 30c after the temporary bonding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
