In the metal ring grinding device, an attachment part 214 having a cylindrical inner wall whose one end is opened for attaching a grinding brush 410 to a working head 220 is provided, the binding member 412 of the grinding brush has a cylindrical fitted part 412b having a diameter suitably fitted to the attachment part on the same axis as a binding part 412a on the end surface of the binding part 412a of the binding member. In attachment of the grinding brush to the working head, the fitted part of the binding member is fitted to the attachment part of the working head and the inside diameter of the binding part of the binding member is made larger than an outside diameter of the fitted part of the binding member.
