PURPOSE: To obtain a metallic container and cooker having an excellent non- stained and noiseless characteristics by chemically combining a silane surfactant containing fluorocarbon group at the insideface of a metallic container as a monomolecular adsorption film.
CONSTITUTION: A cooking pan 1 is degreased by trichloroethylene and submerged in the previously adjusted solution in a dehydrated atmosphere at a room temperature for 24 hours. And subsequently the cooking pan is washed with chloroform solution in the same atmosphere for a half hour and washed with water in the atmosphere for a quarter of hour. The hydroxyl group and the chlorosilyl group of a chlorosilane surfactant react with each other with this treatment and a monomolecular adsorption film 2 is formed in the result of chemical reaction with the cooking pan 1 with 20-30 thickness. And a material having a plurality of silyl groups is chemically combined at the inside face of metallic container and next, a silane surfactant having fluorocarbon group is chemically combined as a laminate film to the structure. Then excellent non-stained and noiseless characteristics can be obtained.
