The bulged part 21g is protruded into the inside in the diameter direction when the rotary metallic mold 20 is rotated to form the annular groove 8 on the outer circumference of the tube. After forming the annular groove 8, the bulged part is housed in a recessed part 20b formed in the inner surface 20d of the rotary metallic mold 20 so as not to be protruded into the inside in the diameter direction from the inner surface 20d of the rotary metallic mold 20.
