A plurality of rifts 14 which are extended in the peripheral direction on the peripheral wall 13 of a metallic original pipe 12 are previously formed and a plurality of hole parts H are formed by extending each rift 14 in the direction in which the axis of the original pipe 12 is elongated on this metallic pipe 10.
