Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain metallic powder sintered compact free from deformation every when the product has an opening and a grooved part with a cantilevered part.
SOLUTION: A core 3 is prepared which is formed of the compound same as the material forming the green part 1 and is smaller sized than the inner size of the opening 2 of the green part 1 by the clearance between the two. After the core 3 is applied with zirconia powder or ceramic powder, on the condition that the core 3 is inserted into the opening 2 of the green part 1, degreasing and sintering is executed, and after that the core 3 is pulled out of the opening 2 and then metallic powder sintered compact is obtained.
