This metallic sleeve 13 for heating is interposed between a member 11 for heating and a space between the member 11 for heating and a pressure member 20 and provides heat from the member 11 for heating by contacting an object material P to be heated. This sleeve is formed by a flexible cylindrical metallic element pipes as a base layer and has surface roughness of Rz=3 μm or less on outer and inner surfaces of the cylindrical metallic element pipe and thickness of 20 μm or less of a mold release layer containing a bonding layer on the outer surface.
